The operator which offers The Service reserves the right to improve, change or discontinue The Service contents, the program, or information related to the product offered without prior notice.
The user agrees not to use The Service's website or The Service for functionality, performance, or availability tests, or benchmarking and reverse engineering with the intent to compete.
The handling of user information provided by the user is in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the operator which offers The Service when using The Service.
Calls may be recorded with the intent of improving the quality of The Service.
The operator which offers The Service cannot make any guarantee the following items will be ensured
Any damages, such as direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages (including any loss of profit or forseen profit, or loss of business) occuring in relation to the implimentation/use of This Service, are brought about by a third party Neither the Association nor the company which offers This Service can accept any responsibility for damages (except in cases where the Association or the company which offers This Service demonstrates malicious intent or gross negligence.)
Unavoidable circumstances include but are not limited to government actions, war, riots, strikes or labor disputes, technological malfunction, internet disruptions, power outages, poor reception, weather, floods, fires, explosions, natural disasters, and local states of emergency.
As indicated in the Terms of Use, the company which offers This Service reserves all rights related to This Service under the conditions of explicitly granted limited rights. Rights other than those explicitly stipulated within the Conditions of Use are not granted to the user.
